Terms of Service

By accessing or using BankRecon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. If you are using BankRecon on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

BankRecon is a bank reconciliation software application that allows users to import bank statement and general ledger data, automatically match transactions, and manage reconciliation periods. The service is provided as-is and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.

To use BankRecon, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to BankRecon, including bank statements, general ledger exports, and reconciliation records. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data.

You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the BankRecon service to you. We will not access your data for any other purpose unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload any data to BankRecon and that doing so does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party agreements.

You agree not to:

• Use BankRecon for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software
• Use the service to store or transmit malicious code
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written consent

BankRecon, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of CraftyFuen Automation LLC. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the service as intended.

The BankRecon name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of CraftyFuen Automation LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to BankRecon. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CraftyFuen Automation LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of BankRecon, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

BankRecon is a reconciliation tool designed to assist your accounting workflow. It does not replace professional accounting judgment. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your reconciliation results.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CraftyFuen Automation LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may stop using BankRecon and request account deletion by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for up to 90 days following termination, after which it will be permanently deleted unless retention is required by law.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice within the application at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of BankRecon after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of BankRecon shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
